The idea

This one started as a practical question: how do you take public content, a client app, and an admin surface and make them share the same source of truth?

The platform is a monorepo. Flutter for the client, Next.js for admin, Firebase underneath, and scripts that pull public content into Firestore. There is no public web demo for this one yet.
