How it happens
Process
The process changes. The goal doesn't. Make the idea real.
Stage 01
Understand the idea
Before tickets, estimates, or tools, I want to understand the thing we're actually trying to make and why someone should care about it.
Stage 02
Find the holes
What's unknown? What's expensive? What are we assuming? What could turn into a problem six weeks from now?
Stage 03
Find the right path
People, frameworks, tools, references, old projects, weird CodePens. I like the hunt for the combination that makes an idea possible.
Stage 04
Build the risky part
If something might not work, I'd rather find out with a prototype than after a month of meetings.
Stage 05
Get everyone moving together
Design, engineering, art, QA, stakeholders. Production works when everyone understands what we're making, what's changing, and what needs to happen next.
Stage 06
Ship it and keep looking
Launch isn't the end. Watch what happens, fix what hurts, polish what matters, and make the next version better.
