The story
Sole production lead under the VP of Production for three live social casino games. The work covered the reality of keeping live mobile products moving: releases, priorities, QA, feature delivery, coordination, and the constant tradeoffs that come with an active portfolio.
My role
Lead production, live content, store releases, stakeholder alignment
Game client craft belonged to Absolute Gamez and PENN design, engineering, and live-ops specialists.

I treated content and sales as a weekly and monthly rhythm, stayed the stakeholder contact for feature alignment, and owned release readiness across stores.
