The story

Heard started as an idea for a different kind of social product. I worked through the product definition, flows, Figma iterations, vendor selection and coordination, QA, launch, and the ongoing work of keeping the platform running.

My role

Product definition, UX iteration, vendor coordination, QA, operations

Built with an external engineering partner.

How I built it

I defined the product in concrete flows and screens, iterated in Figma, translated that into scoped implementation work, coordinated the engineering partner, and stayed with QA and operations after launch.

How it moved

Phase 01

Product framing

Defined core flows, audience, and product boundaries before build scope expanded.

Phase 02

UX iteration

Iterated screens and interactions in Figma until the flows were clear enough to build.

Phase 03

Engineering coordination

Translated vision into vendor-ready specs and managed build feedback loops.

Phase 04

Launch & operations

Owned QA, release readiness, and continued platform operations for the live product.
